and in the silence comes a deafening roar...


It's been too long since I've been away and since I've been busy healing and picking up new equipment and lesson plans along the way. Here are some photos from DNA Lounge featuring Savior and William Control. As much as someone like me invests in speedlights and studio lights, I sure don't like to use them. I just wanted to show this photo for all those up close, flashing bands and artists. This is what you don't see in your little point and shoot cameras. A blinding light. And worst of all, your photos, in the end, weren't even worth blinding them. Learn the limits of your camera's ability to pick up available lighting through you ISO or night time portrait settings. then you can have nice photos that don't have all that mean nasty looking shadows and ugly stuff like wires on stages bands turn down the lights to hide.
